Quiz Bowl

Since the MISS Convention is where all great minds meet, there will be a Quiz Bowl competition in the scope of General Knowledge, Current Issues and specific fields in International Studies/Relations.
Expo Boards

As the general participation is divided into 8 houses, other groups must also be informed of what each MDG is. Thus, boards will be provided to each group for them to exercise their wit and creativity.

For the first time in the history of MISS, more than any popular brain battle, a debate competition will be held in the representation of each parallel group.
​​Adapting the Oxford-Oregon debate format, constructive speeches will be 5-7 minutes each, interpolation 5 min and rebuttal 3 min. Judges award scores 25% on evidence, 30% delivery, 30% interpolation and 15% rebuttal.
